| My father has just had his drivers license renewed. His doctor and close friend signed him off, however he is in his mid 90s, he is hearing impaired, has a catheta attached to his leg, has chronic arthritis, has slow relexes and has problems walking and moving about. He also has some forgetfulness, is impatient and is very bad tempered. His family and friends do not think it is safe him to be driving.
